Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the device in its original box with all cables, manuals, and registration cards to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware and verify the serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
